Customer computer manufacturing

It's a simple fact: different computing needs require different computing solutions. We've long been of the view that many computer hardware providers fundamentally limit their customers computing options by forcing them to stick to specific computer configurations and models. However, in order to truly have an effective computing platform, one needs a computer that is custom built to their requirements, be they technological, economical, or otherwise.

Our staff has custom designed, built, and deployed thousands of computers across an extremely wide range of organizations, ranging from small one-person businesses to major corporations. Our custom-manufactured computers are reliably and effectively used for tasks ranging from basic office computing through to high-performance internet servers. They are assembled on-site in our 200m^2 manufacturing area.

Retail computer and accessory sales

For those daily computer and software needs, we are pleased to provide our retail storefront, located at 39A Anderson Walk in Playford. We sell a range of computer hardware (including complete systems and peripherals), as well as computer software. Although we are well-stocked on the most popular items, both in our store and in our adjacent warehouse, we can also special order nearly anything computer-related, to meet your most specific needs.

High-performance system design / manufacturing

One of our specialties involves the design and manufacture of high-performance computer systems -- perfectly suited for situations requiring robust computing power. Although not an exhaustive list, this generally includes intranet and file servers, database servers, server clusters, and web servers.

Complete technical support and repair solutions

We also offer a very complete range of technical support solutions. This includes everything from "one-of" system repairs/restorations (e.g. fixing faulty hardware, conducting hardware upgrades, diagnosing OS difficulties, virus/spyware removal), through to on-site technical support/maintenance contracts backed by 24/7/365 phone support. Our staff is very well-versed in administering a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft Windows servers.

An interesting "aside" to our business-computing oriented solutions is a very consumer-focused aspect of our business: gaming console repair. We perform upgrades and repairs on most gaming consoles, including PSP, PS2, PS3 (coming soon), Wii, XBox, and XBox 360.

Internet and networking services

Internet and networking services are two other areas in which we specialize. In the former category, we provide a complete range of web hosting and internet domain management services, in addition to ADSL broadband (i.e. high-speed internet connectivity), primarily focusing on the business market segment. We also provide substantial expertise in a multitude of areas in computer networking. This includes constructing WANs (using radio, E1, A/S/SHDSL and other appropriate technologies) and network wiring/cabling. These services are often complimentary to the following category, namely remote video surveillance systems.

Remote video surveillance

Oftentimes, our clients require comprehensive security solutions, be it to monitor workplaces, protect valuable items/assets, or for other reasons entirely. Although not often a "traditional" role of an IT service provider, we are proud to construct and install comprehensive remote video surveillance solutions. These systems provide many impressive features, including recording full-motion video and empowering remote camera monitoring (via the internet).
